I have forged a friendly relationship with a Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Lawyer over the past few months by the name of Noric Dilanchian.

Noric is a prolific author of very well written and informative articles about many aspects of business and commercial law. He shares his views on relevant current events, plus he offers some great advice on running your business, with an emphasis on the law.

Originally, I first got to know Noric when I asked him for some legal advice (which he didn't charge me for I might add) that not only saved me money, it helped me make a decision I had been deferring for some time. To reciprocate, I offered him some optimisation advice which has increased his website reach and helped him achieve his target website visitation goals over a period of just a few months.

Anyway, I think Noric's articles are that good, I provide a summary in my own website of his current articles, plus an archive of past topics.
