I dropped into the
Silverwater Motor Festival on Saturday (May 12) to check it
out with a mate who had recently bought his first motorcycle. The
Silverwater
Street and Custom Motorcycle Show is based on a show which has been held
for around 18 years, but this is only about the third time I have attended.
The weather was great on the day with brilliant sunshine, so all the custom cars and motorcycles
simply gleamed in the sunlight. From memory, the weather is not always as kind
to the organisers of this event.
There were not only some amazing motorbikes, but
the cars were magnificent too, especially a
white Cadillac - a work of art all by itself, alonside a beatifule gleaming
red Cadillac.
The motorcycles on display included a mixture of Harley-Davidson,
Triumph, Victory, and a number of Japanese brands. Oddly, one Suzuki caught my eye - a
very nicely customised Hayabusa, which, for some reason, had Ferrari logos on it.
Anyway, check out a few of the photos I took on the day.
